The concept that “politics is spirituality applied to daily life” is no truer than it is today.

Many politicians may find this idea quite unacceptable. However, if you dare to pay attention to what it implies and the purpose of positive politics, it makes a lot of sense.

Depending on your cultural background and religious beliefs, it is inevitable that you will be influenced by the guiding principles of a true spirituality. In essence, any religious teaching is an attempt to influence human beings to become more civilized, purposeful, socially congenial and compassionate. The chaotic state of our world is a far cry from such a goal.
